CLAIRE HALLIDAY
Claire creates her Paintings to express her deep love of nature in all its moods, from storm set crags and moody mountains to sublime summer skies. She is fascinated by the play of light in a landscape. Preferring to work from life, she can often be seen ranging the local countryside, sketchbook in hand searching for inspiration. Her Objective is to convey how the ancient mystery of the Welsh culture reflects in the people and places of this land.
Having visited the above premises with a group of artist friends we were impressed with Claire’s work in particular with regard to pastels. Currently exhibiting ourselves next-door and in the Prestatyn Flower Show it has been a joy to peruse these artforms and work. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.
