KATRINE TAYLOR

“Glass for me is a canvas, to cut, paste, paint and rearrange. I combine strong, bold, vivid colours which jump out and create a sense of movement and depth, with an ongoing fascination of the textures and phenomenon of nature.”

Katrine was born in the historical city of St Asaph & works from her studio in North Wales. For a decade these beautiful surroundings have collectively provide endless inspiration for her work.

Katrine studied at the University of Wolverhampton and has exhibited in Cheshire, North Wales & the West MIdlands including the prestigious Birmingham Botanical Gardens, The Lighthouse Chubb Buildings, The Royal Exchange, Manchester, Theatre Clwyd, Bilston Craft Gallery and New Designers, London.
